 New Groups Forming for FALL 2024! Registration is now open!

Groups are formed on a rolling basis (i.e. as interest arises, interviews are conducted to ensure best fit, and groups are formed and closed with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 members) Groups can be offered in person and virtually at the preference of the group members. You can expect a typical group to run 4-6 sessions at 90 minutes per session. Have more questions?
